socks. our socks sit close to the skin, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a pair has left our studio, a small kindness to the next person who opens the box.

tote bags. unmonogrammed tote bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in unused condition with original packaging. write to us first so we can arrange the return.

monogrammed tote bags. as each monogrammed bag is hand-personalised for you, monogrammed bags are not returnable.

damaged or incorrect items. if your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph and your order number. we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

cancellations. orders can be cancelled before they are packed. write to us within an hour of placing your order and we will do our best.

sizing. between sizes, we recommend the smaller. if a size does not work, write to us before reordering and we will help you choose.
